3WJ+boy was founded in 2018, created from the desire to support Aotearoa’s Talent unfold the pathways to their dreams.

Our roster is a carefully curated mix of world champions, up-and-coming pre-professionals, and internationally seasoned veterans who work across Aotearoa, Los Angeles, Asia, and Europe.
