Christa Albert
Christa Albert is a professional dancer at the forefront of New Zealand’s dance scene, beginning her journey in dance at age 12, and spending several years training under award winning choreographer Ashleigh McKinven. She was handpicked for 'ReQuest Dance Crew', and began to tour the world performing alongside some of New Zealand's best, culminating in representing New Zealand at the World Hip Hop Dance Championships, winning Gold and Bronze medals with crews ‘The Royal Family’ and ‘Sorority’.
The past few years have consisted of travelling throughout New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Hawaii and China teaching workshops, featuring in New Zealand's first dance film 'Born to Dance' and playing a primary role in Chris Brown's music video 'Liquor'. Most recently, Christa has worked with international superstars Jolin Tsai, Jay Chou, and Minzy from legendary KPOP girl-group 2NE1.
